We were expecting rain, but it started to fall as sleet. I took loads of photos, attempting to capture the falling snow, to prove we really had some, but photographing moving snow is very difficult. Until the flakes get very big, and stick to the ground, and suddenly we’re adrift in a sea of whiteness and Dave has made a snowball. Pretty. It lasted about two hours and then got rained away.
The cane chair nestled in the trees and the sofa against the shed are salvaged from Biblos, we were asked if we wanted them, so the Biblos outdoor bar will live on for a while at Goat Bottom.
