While all this excitement was going on on the roof, Shrimpy had re-appeared and pruned a few more trees. I helped by stacking logs while the menfolk finished the roof. Then George came to help while Richie did the last of the nailing.
(He hasn't looked this cute since he was in rompers!)
Some consideration was given to the tree-house tree, but Richie is starting to think it may not have a good enough view. When we refused to cut down a nice corner of trees and undergrowth which block the view, he took off in search of other options.
