The last remaining incomplete external door, which Rowan couldn't find time for yet, needs to be toughened up for winter. We decided to get rid of the polythene, as the rest of the downstairs is now secure, and put plywood and insulation on the existing frame.

Frame stripped down
We used a complete piece of plywood for the outside, and then patched the remnants onto the back. (after cutting out a cat flap). The missing section we made up with a bit of my self-portrait.
